We pride ourselves on giving you a quality product.

We will refund or replace any defective or faulty product. or any product that does not match it’s description. if you do not wish to have a refund we could supply you with a discount voucher for you to purchase other items in the store instead. Or we can send you a replacement item free of charge.

It is however the customers responsibility to read the product description before purchasing the product. Note: sometimes additional objects appear in the images these may not be included, please read the product description for a full list of included items.

we must receive some evidence of the product defect or have the product returned to us before we can release funds or a replacement item. please email an image of the defect to sales@swordsmagicanddragons and we will be happy to either exchange the product for a new one or refund the cost.

we reserve the right whether or not we will refund the postage/transport cost of the item to you.

if the item is not defective but is returned due to it being the incorrect size or colour we will still refund the product but we must have the product returned to us or to receive evidence of its dispatch to us before we are able to release the funds.

we will not refund a product that has been damaged due to incorrect use, for instance a model toy being used as a crossbow target.

refunds can take between 1 and 14 days but we do our best to return the funds or dispatch the replacement items as soon as possible. replacement items may take up to 28 days, we do however endeavor to dispatch any replacement items as soon as possible (generally within 2 days).
