It does have some minor sharp edges on the bottom. This in turn may make it not suitable for some larp activities. However this makes for a brilliant display piece. The Helmet is also amazing for cosplay and re-enactment. Look just like a warrior of ancient Greece.

This helmet will make you feel like you have killed a wolf with your bare hands and become one of the spartan fighting elite. it feels great on your head with its comfortable leather lining.

There are various styles of spartan Helmets, also known as Corinthian helmets. some were more closed in than others. meanwhile other styles were more open to allow more use of the senses of hearing and sight. This helmet encloses the area around the ears, but you have quite good vision out the front of the helmet.

Made from 20 gauge mild steel this helm is strong with a shiny silver finish. Being made from Mild steel this helmet does require some maintenance. Regularly wiping down or spraying with a quality oil. we recommend Inox which is a multi purpose oil.
